My HGH order was seized, but they just want to declare what is it and how much it cost. Should I try to obtain it? I'm from small EU country. I'm sure they do it because they just want custom tax, they just see a parcel from China= custom tax money. Can I have problem here? What is the legal status of HGH in EU? Can I declare it as "research chemicals"?

As I said they opened my parcel with sustanon and I received it anyway(no tax form). I really think they don't care about steroids here much. And HGH, they probably don't even know what it is. 
I think the worst case scenario= they will ask more questions about what exactly is it. I would really appreciate if there is someone from this region, who was in similar position.
They open the pack and you still got it from previous order??? And now happen again. They don't know what it is but yet the kept it and didn't let it go through bro they are not stupid they could be seeing how far this is going to go. They don't let go throught almost anything from China, or USA, it would have to be really a small parcel. They just want to tax it.There were just 3 vials with Sustanon before, but now it's many more vials(25). I think it's not even seized, it happened once and they didn't send anything, they just kept it, but it was a big order, I make only small orders now.

What region of Europe are you from? It sounds weird over here but there's a shockingly high amount of countries, especially in the former Eastern Block were shit like this is common life. More extortion than tax. The chances of Romanian or Moldovan customs agents hitting your house for a few kits if growth, or even a good amount, is slim to none. Not the sames rules to common day life to apply over there. And in some instances its out o fear. Terms like "do you know who I am" still mean something there.

I don't think it's even a seizue letter. They just send the same letter always. They just ask what is it, how much it cost and if you will use it or sell it. And of course I received items after filling the forms(like clothes, vitamins, mobile phone...) many times.
You are illegally importing prescription drugs into your country. Do not answer the seizure letter. Do not email or telephone anyone. You know nothing about the package. Nothing.
You can try a reship if the source has a reship policy for your country. If it get's seized again you will need to find a source that ships HGH from an EU country. They exist on this website.
They send the same letter regardless of contain(clothes, mobile phone...), it just depends where is it from and how big the parcel is. A big parcel from china= probably high tax custom, so they will seize it until you pay tax(if you bought it, you have to pay tax, if you get it from a relative, you don't have to pay, but noone here gets parcels from china from relatives...

I've never heard someone would go to prison for just possession here(not even like for heroin, you can have small amount of anything...). There was a case, guys made steroids for years and sold it and they got like 5 years sentence and they will be home after 3 years in prison. Really not US here

Let it go take it as a loss contact the source and see if they have a reship policy.

Have you contacted the source that shipped it to you? (Don't name the source here!) Does this source have a reship policy regarding seized orders? I'd start with the source and avoid any attempts to acquire the package. You could land yourself in a lot of trouble. Ignore the seizure letter and do not contact them.
