Help! Confiscated by Customs

Help! My order for HGH was confiscated by customs. Should I no longer use that company (CENSORED)? Will they investigate me? Should I not use my real name and address when ordering next time? I've never had a problem with them or any other source before and I've ordered many times. Is this because of the pandemic? Also, I have a feeling CENSORED won't refund my money so I'm gonna have to eat the $$.

Most sources have a free reship policy when an order is seized by customs. You may have to submit proof of seizure. I would contact the source and inquiry. You'll need to use a different name and address for the reship.

Dustined83Unless you have 500 kits coming no worries just get a new addy for international shipments. I've had stuff get caught and other stuff come in at the same time as the letter lol. Be careful but you're small fish
Btw, did you sign that letter where it releases you of any liability? I don’t know whether that’s a trap or if I should just ignore it.

Dustined83Don't sign anything letter doesn't exist -- plead the 5th but they won't mess with you. I had a large seziere before and only got a letter

Bigboi50281Agree with dustin dont no what it is about Midwest but my good friend had 2 seizures in 1 year 1 was $700 and the other $350 he did get the letter they reimbursed him full first time half second time different addresses but same town same state

I am assuming you live in one of the more stricter countries for importing gear through Customs do you? Depending on where you live kind of determines the lengths they will go to and if you can use the same address again or whether to just consider it burned and deliver it to another such as a trusted relative or friend. I don't think Covid has really affected gear getting searched from what I have seen.
Kind of. I live US Midwest area. The stuff I ordered looked like it was coming from India. But I’ll try to see if they can just resend it to a different address to be on the safe side.
