Help boosting free testosterone levels

Hey guys I been on trt for 5 maybe 6 years now doing 200mg a week its what the dr has me on. My free test levels suck I am only 330 total and 11 free test I just wanna know in this forum what can the dr prescribe me? or if I have to get something esle I can but what can help boost my free test?

BigCactusOP are your test levels 330 and free test 11 without trt? And are you asking what you can do to improve this without trt?
Thats on trt I did add rad 140 for 8 weeks but nothing since.but I think thats what brought me down
I'm brain storming a bit here(dont call me too crazy please) Let's say he is being honest here. Is it possible someone like him has a limited amount of AR in his body and bringing in a high dose of a sarm that has a higher bonding affinity than test( typ a tren/test topic). Could basically fill all of his receptors including his shbg and basically cause all of his test to metabolize/armotise and just flush straight out his piss hole? I know this topic is usually a tren topic.

BigCactusDamn that's interesting, like the sarm which is "selective" occupying all androgen receptors. It doesn't even sound that crazy to be honest. I don't think sarms upregulate androgen receptors like steroids do. Like injecting more test = more androgen receptors. But injecting a limited amount of test + a strong sarm occupying those limited amount of receptors equating to low test makes a lot of sense. It sucks that there's barely any research done on sarms because this would be really interesting to look into. A research into the binding affinity of sarms on androgen receptors vs test or other steroids.
I guess from experience lgd has a strong binding afinity, my delts and traps popped like crazy on that shit while I got leaner.
This topic, like I said typ revolves around test and tren, with tren having a higher bonding affinity. Rad 140 supposedly has a high affinity for bonding. I have no research to back any of this up. But I've seen a ton of blood work that shows some strange patterns for certain people.
Just rad 140 for 8 weeks at 20mg ed and I was using gw 20mg a day but I don't think gw will hurt me
Stop taking the sarms and keep on the test(only test) and do new blood work in 6 weeks. Then report back with new blood work.

We all mean well on this forum, but I'm pretty confident its a waste of effort at this point. Focus on those who are sincere about their needs and not here to troll and distract from those who really need the help.

Molinin302Ok, let's assume for the sake of being welcoming and non confrontational, that your bloodwork you've posted, and the drugs you've taken were clearly laid out in your posts, than sorry buddy. Your PCP can't even help you. Its time for an endocrinologist as you have something going on that can't be properly diagnosed on an internet forum. Thats as to the point as I can be. Make an appointment with a specialist.

Correct cause I was not able to have kids and no sperm count got t levels tested and I was at 100 or 200 so dr got me on trt and clomid w hcg and few weeks later wife got pregnant and I been on since same dose
In your other thread you listed a sarm that you were also taking. You need to list everything your on and be honest with your dr. Cause 200mg/week with a total of 330 means there is a bigger problem not just free t. Shbg and e2 once again might help too. Fix the current issue before adding more shit!
Edit, also the test your taking could be bunk too.
I truthfully have never seen levels that low when from a prescription.
His other thread, he said that usually got him to 1139 with a free t of 300. But this last time he finish with some rad 140 ( some sort of sarm) and now his numbers are skewed.

He says he gets his test from CVS. 4 things; he is trolling us, he is not being honest with everything he is taking, his test is bunk, or something(sarm) fried his shbg.

He updated his bloods on his old pic post. His shbg was 14.1. Which is ok.
I am not lying about anything I can send u all the bloods I was just coming kn here for advise not to get roasted.
Post all of your bloods, including e2 and shbg.

BigCactusI think he tried to get his natty test level up without trt with rad140 since rad140 is not a steroid. Obviously 200mg test will work regardless but I think he's asking for ways to increase his test levels without trt
