Ever since I was 18 I have been dealing with gynecomastia. It was a combination of puberty and definitely running AAS the wrong way at a younger age. Thinking you know everything and thinking pct is not important. So ever since I have been trying everything possible to get rid of it from different cutters , diets, cardio, everything you can think of. Even putting on extra muscle and bulking to figure out the best look to make it least noticeable. So doing research I learned the only way to get it removed is to pay the $ that insurance will not cover in most cases. So after being fed up with years and years of the insecurity and literally nothing else working, I decided to go for it. I just had my surgery 3 days ago and I could not be any happier. The cost was $5600. The procedure took about 2 hours and I was put under. What I liked most about this surgeon is that he did lypo suction in the chest along with cutting out the gyno. 3 days out I am pretty swollen and very sore. But it still looks 100 times better than before and I’m told it will only get better with the swelling going down. I have to wear a vest that is extremely tight for a week or so u til I get the stitches out. I am more than happy with the results and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is thinking about doing it, or is going back and forth on wanting to do it. To pull the trigger and get it done. IF your hobby is busting your ass putting that work in in the glorious house of gains. And your insecure on taking off your shirt , then this is the solution. I just wish I would have had this done years before. One thing I recommend doing is doing your research on the doctors before you make your decision , just like everything else, you get what you pay for.
