+ 1 Got Milk?
So...would you believe that drinking more milk increases one's ability to maximize gain potential for every cycle? Actually the answer is yes, but in combination with supplements to maximize one's Vitamin D reserves. It has been medically proven that insufficient levels of Vitamin D restrict one's ability to process & make the most use of free hormones in the human body...this means that during the planning phase it is of utmost importance to have Vitamin D levels checked to ensure one's ability to make use of the various hormones introduced during a cycle...this fact allows the user to rest easy knowing that those valuable hormones we have planned so perfectly will not go to waste or be simply excreted without fulfilling the purpose with which they were introduced in the first place. Multi- vitamins are sufficient for most but those who are abnormally low or deficient need a specific supplement (such as ADK) to pickup the difference between their current levels & the maximum recommendations.

Supernova283Lactose free milk is twice the protein content and like half the sugar. It's pretty good on cycle.
Everyday & twice on Sunday
Ummm..to consume a case of beer every day in hopes that the water content would suffice...would he thrive? Or would the fact that the alcohol displaces the water he seeks seal the deal? Our bodies are 97% water & a decrease in as little as 1% causes our cells to no longer exist as living cells but rather as petrified sediment incapable of transfer of any kind
So you shouldn’t drink milk because beer is bad!?? Ok cool got it.
If you were to drink like 2/3s of a gallon of milk a day and no water, would you be hydrated? I mean it’s still a lot of fluid right??
Given its calorie content and high satiety, it shouldnt be used to replace water by any means. You couldn't drink enough milk in a day to stay appropriately hydrated enough.
I drink about a half gallon of milk a day and about a quarter gallon of water, I’m always worried that I’m not getting enough water but it just dawned on me that maybe all that milk is keeping my bases covered so I don’t have to worry about it too much idk
