just want to wish all my eroids brother who are entering the body challenge good luck. would love to have enter but most likely will be having knee surgery during the time of the challenge !!

Thanks Bro, good luck on the surgery. I couldn't imagine getting knee surgery hell I've never even broke a bone lol
thanks brother. i've been putting it off for a long time but now that i'm older is affecting me more frequently. i look like a fucking mummy on leg day at the gym LOL !!
I also have bad knees from work always jumping from empty to loaded barges, were suppost to get a ladder but when were young we don't listen lol
LOL sure as hell we don't. when i went to the doctor about 6-7 years ago he said i had a torn meniscus and that i needed surgery . so i pretty much walked out of his office lol. so i'm pretty sure by now i have no cartilage at all !!!
