God bless the dead

Okay so I've been around here for awhile since 2011. Since that time I have sat back and watched noobies come through here with hard heads and advice go in one in ear out the other. Since that time we have seen young life's takin away and heart attacks and so forth. There are several knowledgable individuals on here who have been in this game for years and are more than willing to give advice. We are like a family here. Just like bikers you see on the road, they all wave at each other, respect each other and they don't know Adam from eve. I have love for all individuals involved in bodybuilding and Powerlifting, it's my passion. So when I see these youngsters that come on here and want to run tren or insulin or igf's, t3 and they have nothing under there belt don't even know what pct or an ai is, it is quite disturbing. Every person on here with sense know diet and training are far more important than any steroid. I made the mistake of taking them when I was younger and messed up my endocrine system. It's sad when we have to have deaths to grab people's attention. I'm a firm believe in test, dbol, var, and maybe deca IMO no other steroids are Neccessary. If so you should go back and look at your diet and training! Leave the advanced drugs to the advanced users, never run over a gram or 750mg of test for that matter. Lets not have anymore deaths in 2013 folks be smart and do research. Take people like tread or goth or double g any one of these gurus listen to them they have been down the path they know there sh**. Be safe and much love people

I do agree that the younger crowd seems to have an obsession with running multiple compounds at high doses thinking its gonna be that much better for them. Just a complete lack of understanding not only of the compounds, but what they are doing to there body as well. It's scary and disheartening at the same time. Everything they need to succeed is right here in front of them. Most are too lazy to read which has my wondering how serious their level of commitment is in the gym and the kitchen.

Very true, as joe weider would say "lazy bastards" lol. Laziness is no place for bodybuilding and as we all know there is no real short cut. It's two steps forward and 1 step back. Bulk bulk cut
