Glutathione help pls
ad
Hello, I get sick often. I am tired of this situation. They said that using glutathione would be very beneficial. Has anyone ever boosted their immune system this way?

I have tried both types injectable and oral. With the injectable I found that maybe the pH was a little too high and it did cause like a burning and numbing sensation in the areas that it was injected. However my alt and AST are always a little out of whack and they were back into range when used. As far as the oral one that's what I have now just some regular stuff off the internet from a notably good vitamin supplier and I guess my next blood Works will show me how things look. I also have a fatty liver which when examined reflects the shape I am in at that time lower fat on the liver lower fat on the body Etc. If I were to recommend one I would recommend the injectable but like I said it did bother me someone injected at 1 ml
Go lick a railing in subway station, stop using hand sanitizer 40x a day and using antibiotics every time you have runny nose. Shake peoples hands and touch doorknobs, take your vitamins and eat healthy, start the glutathione if you want, but don’t over do the antioxidants.
Your body is equipped with what it needs to keep you healthy, you’ve probably put yourself ina bubble and now you have a weak immune system and you need to build it back up.
FighterrjI don't take a good vitamin. Do you think I should use a multivitamin daily, or start fort gluatathione ?
Get on a good multivitamin, not just a routine 100% RDA one but one where the rates of each vitamin are like 500% - there are loads of these around. They are a little more expensive but are worth it. Your body especially when training, really benefits from minerals and vitamins as they assist in thousands of processes taking place. Yes they are in food but you will have to be eating an extremely well balanced diet to get every single one you need especially the minerals in the right quantities. Many of these vitamins are also antioxidants which is essentially what Glutathione is.
You should use a multivitamin daily regardless if you start gluatathione or not. Get the 50+ because it has a higher concentration of the key vitamins than the regular vitamin bottle. Been taking daily for 20years and haven't had the flu since
Seems like an amazing peptide
Do you make sure you get a good daily Vitamin intake each day? Good intakes of C, D, A, B6 & B12 and Magnesium, Zinc etc really help.
Also consuming Glycine, Glutamine and NAC allows your body to make its own Glutathione production.
