Gh gut what causes it? and how to avoid it
ad
hey bros, there is a lot of argument on the bb community on what causes the extended gut some say food, others blame insulin and most say GH I've experienced a lot of bloating from insulin and food. I'm start my first gh cycle soon to push my body to a new level and wanted to avoid the big belly look. in your opinion what causes it and whats the only way to avoid it?.. thanks in advance..

How did you get on in the end buddy?
i ran it for 8 months, belly started looking prego as fuck dropped hgh, stomach went down to almost normal but, i'm sure its a combo of gh,s*** and food.. on gh the more i ate the bigger i got it was nearly impossible to put on fat but belly looked retarded most of the time... idk how to avoid it but, eating more frequently and smaller portions will prevent it from looking bloated all the time.. even off the gh if i eat a big meal it looks bloated..
Thanks for the reply bud! I'm running a 6month cycle, I'm currently on 5iu ed 5 on 2 off. What iu did you get up to mate? In the last bit you said "even off the gh if I eat a big meal it looks bloated" did you mean even before gh or now that you've been on and came off?
before gh i never had a boated stomach,, my cycle consisted of 4iu-8iu on ed.. stayed on for 8 months then came off(never took it again) and still notice stomach growth.. nothing crazy but noticeable in my eyes and depending on how much or what i eat i can notice my upper stomach sticking out(bloat)..
Thanks a lot bro that's very helpful, have a Merry Christmas.
Isn't it making your internal organs grow? Your heart is an organ btw :-/
And watch out for that rogue giant pinky and overgrown Neanderthal forehead and brow bone.
.
AnonPalumbism
Don't AAS increase IGF levels to an extent? I think it is just a combination of AAS, soon, HGH, and massive eating as well.
ClassyChassisIf you are going to push your body to a new level, then you will probably look like others who have done so. What I am saying is, if it was avoidable, probably everyone would avoid it. As Muta pointed out, there are a lot of iGF receptors on the intestines and hGH converts to iGF. So if there is some way to avoid it, that has to be one of the best-kept secrets in bodybuilding.
thats true
AnonThe intestines most readily absorb IGF conversion causing them to swell and expand/push out.
So do you have a hgh gut Mr. I run pharm grade
if he does it's probably from igf not HGH.
Anonnot in the slightest.
Yet
Exactly.
Too much GH causes insulin resistance, this in turn cause a build up of gasses which in turn causes swelling of the intestines.
woah, could you explain further please? explain how insulin resistance, causes build up of gasses
High Doses, Long periods, and excessive GH AND IGF and Insulin use......put in large amounts and volumes of good....and guess what happens?
Unless you are thinking of going 9-12 months at 15iu+ a day........you shouldnt have an issue....
That's just pure speculation, though. Is it organ growth, visceral fat accumulation, intestinal expansion/swelling, etc? Is it permanent? No one has any real scientific theories.
not permanent. muscle and fat is never permanent.
I think you have to be on extreme doses of gh to even get that kind of effect . Insulin on the other hand idk
Insulin abuse is what causes that. Even worse is when you throw igf into the mix. That's where the distended gut makes it's mark
that's definitely not true. igf is what causes the muscle distension and swollen midsection. insulin does NOT cause it. insulin will cause you to temporarily store a lot more nutrients if an excessive amount of food is consumed. You don't have a very good understanding of insulin it seems
I believe he is referring to fat accumulation around organs (visceral fat) caused by high levels of insulin.
ah I see
