Getting in that bulk mind frame

ad

In preparation for my upcoming bulker, I'm trying to get evrything in check. So I am adopting the method of cooking in bulk. Right now I'm getting ready to make a 2 lb meatloaf, 5 x 1/2 lb beef patty's with a serving of rice cooked in, and 6 big ol chicken breasts that I'll do in olive oil white wine and garlic. This is an ass load of work but worth the time obviously.

Can someone give me a realistic window for how long this type of food is good for? Ive always kind of been a leftover snob and 2-3 days was my limit, well time to push my limits lol. Also does anyone have good tips for bulk cooking? Also there are so many homemade protein bar recipes, but they all seem to have mixed reviews. Anyone have a link to a really good one?

I've always made a pretty stout shake with ON serious mass as base then add cottage chese, eggs, whole milk, and oats. The oats I use seem to seperate out pretty badly. Any thoughts on something smoother to go in? Thanks in advance guys.

I've been bulking lately and this shit is expensive! Consuming all this food is no easy task either.

I'd say that food will be good until Thursday. I literally just made a 3lb meatloaf and a monster shepards pie with 6lbs chicken. My rule of thumb is 4 days.

if you have a neighborhood butcher; go and ask him about bulk deals. I get 25 pounds of chicken breast for .75 a pound and he will discount it more if I add more pounds. Bulking is far from cheap but you should be spending more on food then gear anyways as it is 85% Diet, 15% Exercise, 5% gear.

I cook a big pot of chilli and it's good for a whole week in the fridge. Your gonna fart while bulking so why not enjoy it LOL.

I find that when using oats in a shake, if you grind the oats up real fine into a powder first, they don't seperate.

I keep chicken cooked in the fridge up to 4 days . Beef around 3 days it may keep longer but it gets kinda funky after that
