Gen questions - PIP and Cardio
Trying to get some feedback from some of the more experienced here.
Gen stats - 30 YO M 6'2" 245lbs 18%BF (I know... work in progress)
Current cycle 500mg Test E half cc twice weekly
I play basketball 2-3 times a week and lift four times a week. Lately when I pin in my glutes the PIP has been rough. My question is outside of warming the oil to body temp what else can I do to reduce the knotting up? I draw with a 19g and inject with a 25g 1 1/2" needle. Also do you guys think that pinning right before I go play basketball or lift is making this worse?
Last question what suggestions would you have to add to the test E to get the best results with my current physical build? I have low testosterone levels naturally and before I became a contractor (no health insurance) my doc had me on test cyp 250mg per ml with a weekly dose of half a cc to get my levels to normal. So should i be pinning more than 500 mgs per week to get the best results?
I know it's a ton of questions but any info/suggestions are appreciated.

RustyhookerCurrent cycle 500mg Test E half cc twice weekly
Half a cc...twice a week for 500mg means 500mg PER CC
Folks want to update the OP on that?
Sorry for the way I worded it. It's test E 500mg per ml. I'm currently doing two injections a week of half a cc each, 250mg per injection.
The way he worded it I assumed it was high mg test 500..
Your natural test levels being low would not be a factor on how much you should pin. When adding exogenous testosterone your natural testosterone will be shut down (so whether or not its low or high is irrelevant) without hcg. Trt is for life, if you don't have insurance there are some affordable online/over the phone trt clinics that specialize in HRT. If you were low before, running a cycle is compounding the issue And what was said below running cycles isn't going to help you meet your goals. Good luck with your goals
Good point, I didn't think about it that way as far as it shutting down the natural production anyways. Thanks for the feedback.
Plus one for the positive attitude and the diet advice you are getting below ... mawaka knows his stuff and I believe catalyst has diet forum on here where you can seek advice.
Calorie intake :
If you're trying to lose weight, you want this to be a negative number - a "caloric deficit." For instance, if you eat 1500 calories and you burn 2000, you've created a 500 calorie deficit that day. Your main goal for fat loss is to accumulate a significant caloric deficit over the entire week
besides what was said below .....
your drawing pin is going to tear up that stopper so don't be surprised when you see pieces in the vial or your stopper leaks
second pip is often a reaction to having a foreign substance injected into your body ..
third if this is your first cycle of anything dosed higher than your trt injections excpect to have knots regardless of what you try to do
fourth adding compounds to try to do what you can do with a diet is a recipe for a HUGE disaster and HUGE disappointment (read here also increasing your dose is not the answer)
what are you eating and when?
cardio for weight loss will not include playing basket ball that is too high intensity and you are most likely putting your heart rate out of the range of fat burning .... fat burning range doesn't actually require much if any sweating and the best way to do it is by walking at a moderate pace
I'll add some low intensity cardio. I mainly do basketball because I like to play and stay better motivated to stay active on the days I don't lift. Thanks for the reply and I'll add an hour on the treadmill on my lift days starting tonight.
It won't take long to get where you want if your diet is in check. I can drop weight fast even without cardio if I eat correctly
If you honestly want to get the best results from steroids, you will stop taking them get your body fat in between 12 and 15% and then start a cycle when you're ready. Sorry I'm sure that's not what you want to hear but running a cycle at 18% body fat is ridiculous in my opinion
and to go along with that we need to see what you diet is because that is what dictates the results not how much you take of this or that or adding in this or that.
I try to stay on target everyday but if I'm honest I do miss some meals. 200g protein /day from various sources,HB whole eggs, powder, meat & fish, oatmeal and PB.
3600-4000 Calories.
Bf - plain oatmeal
Two HB eggs
10am - pb on whole wheat 8oz protein shake
1pm - chicken breast some kind of carb brown rice mostly
5,6 or 7pm depending on sched - meal changes allot but I always have a good portion of meat, carb and vegetable
An hour before bed - protein shake
This could probably use some changing especially since my bf is higher than it should be so if you have a suggestion on changing something, I'll take all the advice I can get.
Are you trying to build mass or lose bodyfat?
Well I was trying to build muscle and lose fat but from what you guys have told me so far it sounds like I've approached this all wrong. I honestly have done what I thought was the suitable amount of research but obviously not enough. I've been on a lower dose of test cyp for about two years and then I went to susta for awhile now test E. I have put on a good amount of muscle and have lost weight but I'm nowhere near where I want to be.
With your bodyfat around 18% I would recommend that you go on a cutting diet and shave that down to at least 12%, lower would be even better and then start a bulk. The lower you get it before bulking the more muscle vs fat you will gain when putting weight back on.
Here is some info to help you along with a cutting diet if you go that route. Just ask if any questions.

Thank you for taking the time do help. I'll check that link out as soon as I get somewhere I can have some time to read it.
I completely know where you are coming from. Shit look at the picture I posted the other day of my self lol.
Diet is what drastically changed me and of course working out helps. But it doesn't matter if you take 1cc of gear a week or 15cc, if your diet is wrong you'll never get the results you want. Trust me I would know.
Fair enough. Trying to get there.
