Fractured elbow

ad

Hello guys at eroids it is my first time writing a forum but I do have a couple questions because this is the first time I ever broke anything and I fractured my right elbow literally two weeks after I was back in the gym it’s been four weeks now I still have a little pain but still have no strength in my right arm it really hurt just a Lyft to gallon of milk today what I have to ask is since my recovery is going to be in at least another four more weeks before I slowly get back in the gym I’ve been doing cardio and keeping up with the legs but would you guys train the other arm or would that cause more inbalances even though it’s my left arm I definitely feel like some atrophy has going on in my right arm I just don’t want to rush it back to quick and I’m off all the gear and I’m in a sling but I still try to get to the gym three times a week to do the things I can but I didn’t know if I should be training anything else because the elbow you can’t do anything from arms to chest or shoulders it’s sucks. And do you believe gyms these days I went in there originally when I broke it and asked him if I could just freeze the account for two months and I will do the cardio outside because it’s a nice time of year where I’m at and they wanted a doctors note like they were my employer. Anyway advice anyone ever broken there elbow it’s not the most painful but the pain lingers and it has its day but alternating with Aleve and tyenol with hot cold therapy has helped. Thanks guys

Hello. You should not train your good hand until this one can function. Do legs, back, isolation and of course cardio workouts. this is more than enough

I spent 4 months in a cast after wrist surgery. I lifted the other arm. Your hurt arm will catch up once youre back. Muscle memory is real. I saw no point in two atrophied arms.

Never work out with an injury. I know it sucks. I’m doing it now and have to skip leg day.

Stick with cardio and legs until fully healed.
