ad
I've recently hit 250 Lbs. and I'll tell you....I feel like I weigh two tons
I'm about 5'9 1/2 - 5'10 and I have trouble walking down the block
I'm constantly hot / constantly out of breath and feel heavy....
I'm on Deca. / Test. / Dbol at the moment.
I take my Caber. and Ai and Hcg correctly but I'm going to up the AI....
Any other big boys have these issues?
Getting tired / hot / out of breath.
The price of being a big boy haha

Hit 277-280 this year. Fuck having to tie shoes that just sucks. Holding a good amount of water gained for the summer which is not typical but oh well got to change it up. BP a little high maybe time to donate some blood.
juice12345678Y'all feel me thank goodness....
Just upped my Caber and Aromasin intake....
I stopped wearing my high tops (even though they make my calves look bigger :)) for running shoes
Such is life right
Anonfirst thing I invested in was the best insoles I could find. Felt like a preggo lady walking around
everytime I feel like this its water retention
Have you been doing a little cardio while on this cycle. I'm actually 5"9 and my weight is at 251lbs as we speak and I feel good.
Maybe you should try and up your omega 3,6,9 to Atleast 5 grams PD. how much water are you consuming?
34 years old, 5' 8 1/2", I claim 5' 9" lol......I got up to 242 on a bulk this time last year, and it was pretty uncomfortable for me. I'm holding around 232 right now, and I've got the body fat down to around 13%. It feels pretty good for me....probably about as big as I want to be weight wise. I'm going to be on a recomp until I can get down to 10% BF, and I'd like to maintain that and stay around 230lbs.
44 years old, 6foot 4 and the heaviest was a tad over 250 and it was uncomfortable-now 235 and 13% is the biggest I allow myself to get. Knees hips and back all thank me lol..
I stay steady at 220 @5' 8" because any higher then that I sweat constantly and cant deal with the bloat.
im 5'9 and have over 320 for years..I dont even notice it. right now im about 345 ( checked it on a digital scale.).. if you met me.. you would think I'm under 300.. had people guess my age..always 10 years or more younger.. I was 180 at 13 years old.. I have no idea where the weight is on me..muscle density ?
maybe.. Im not out of breath.. I was running 2-4 or more miles a week this year...
Brother i am 6.1 and dont even try to get above 235 these days.... i have hit 268 years ago but its way too uncomfortable and becomes a drag trying to balance the fat/water issues.... not imo a good look either, i much prefer to stay lean year round now with BF never going over 12%... no sweating or that lugging around feeling and women prefer it over the chunky faced look... big is good but too big is bad when verging on fatboy look.
juice12345678Ya man....I powerlift so weight = strength
Suckssss because I'm at the bottom of the 275 weight class too....
I'm going to end this run with high Tren. low Test. And Anavar. Lean out this chunk and keep the strength
Dr. BannerDo more cardio brother! Since you claimed that you recently hit 250 I'm guessing you haven't been carrying that much weight for too long. Cardio will help your cardiovascular system get used to the new weight change. You body will adapt, just like new PRs it will get easier, especially if your relatively lean.
when my man mwagner630 gets over 220 he is just like, he sweats all time. huffs and puffs like he smokes a carton of smokes a day walks like he carrys luggage and has been riding a horse for a month and he is stiff. he looks good but doesnt get round well. its funny but not
yeah mate, ive been tired a lot lately, I found that letro is the only one that keeps the water off, and even stripped me a bit!
juice12345678Ya....I figured the big boys would feel the same....
My Bf% is roughly 16%
Bulking in the summer is the pits....
What ever happened to test. And primo. In the summer....sigh
Darron614Are we talking 250 lbs at 5-10% body fat or are we talking 250 lbs at 20+% body fat? It's a lot of weight either way, but I bet it makes a difference.
Dude I'm only 5'7 and 220lb. And yeah I feel the same way. I wake up sweating and its not even warm by any means. I can't be outside for more then 5 minutes before my face is covered in beads of sweat. My calves get so pumped it hurts just walking to class. Bulking during the summer is rough...
ClassyChassisI've weighed as much as 265 before in lean condition. It's a lot of weight to lug around, even if it is muscle. I never reached the point where I had to have my GF tie my shoes but it's not all it's cracked up to be. I've found 225-230 lb to be the upper limit of my comfort zone. Really, that's the purpose of Myostatin, to regulate the efficiency trade-off of strength to endurance. It's not efficient to be that big, but it is what it is. Ha ha.
You found some good myostatin
265 in lean condition? That's quiet a claim. I'd like to see some pics
Quite*
Thanks for the spelling lesson brah.
ClassyChassisI'm not trying to impress anyone. I'm just speaking on my experience. It didn't even occur to me that I was making a "claim". Take enough drugs, protein, train high-intensity-low-volume, it's not that difficult to achieve. Many have done it, I'm no one special. I've been doing this shit for more than 30 years. I've accomplished a lot of things. Then again, this is the internet. I could be a 12 year old girl. It's of no consequence to me if someone thinks I'm boasting or something. Not trying to sell anything here.
BigBmajYou do seem to have a huge amount of knowledge. So even if you are a 12 year old girl - thanks for sharing so much great info these days.
ClassyChassisRight now somewhere in China, there's a 12 year old girl warming up on wrist curls with my deadlift mav... (-:
juice12345678+1 you on my post for that post haha
