To save you some reading this is the interesting part:
If the patient and his partner are willing to wait and his hypogonadal symptoms are manageable without TRT or AAS, the patient could simply discontinue the use of TRT or AAS to allow spontaneous recovery. Data from the male contraception literature indicate a reasonable probability of recovery in 67%, 90%, 96%, and 100% of men at 6, 12, 16, and 24 months, respectively, with a median time to recovery of 20 × 106 ml-1 sperm in 3–6 months.13,30,31
In simple terms if your fertile before TRT you're more than lightly be fertile afterwards although it might not be a smooth road.
I'm not encouraging the community to hop on and blow caution to the wind as there are many other damaging factors to steroid usage, this is purely about the effect AAS has on fertility.

I should mention the test subjects ran TRT test only and not deca, tren and the like.
Yes definitely something to take into account. Is Tren and Deca worse on your sperm count? I assume they would be since they supress HPTA function worse then test but does that directly relate to greater decrease in sperm count?
I reckon it comes down to predisposition.
There is a " fertility blast" that quite a few have used and had success with on here.
I believe it involves-
High and long dose clomid.
High and long dose tamoxifen.
Aromasin beginning and end.
Very high and long dose hcg.
T.r.t dose test as normal ( fertility blast only) not p.c.t blast.
Vitamins and nutrients must be at peak as well as diet and nutrition
Water high.
Cardio.
GC invented it years ago.
Great input. According to this study there is a 100% recovery rate in people after long use of TRT within 2 years without any medication or assistance. It does mention there will be sides.
However I don't think it mentions more tropical steroids use, EQ, tren, superdrol, meant, vast amounts of deca which is when GC's protocol comes into play i bet.
For its worth we had a harder time conceiving before I started cycling then after. First one took two years of trying. Tried again for another 3 years and then I started to cycle. Conceived second while on cycle and then 2 years later conceived third while on cycle at age of 42. Third is due in April. Of course we have had a lot more sex since I started cycling,and being older I am better at it (at least my wife says I am) so that could have something to do with it ; )

Nope. Did HCG blast at the end of the most recent "pregnancy inducing cycle" ; ) but that was after conception. Clomid was in PCT only.
Area-1255Genes play a role too. Many don't realize how many genes play a role. Not just chromosome distribution but also genes relating to the endocrine system. Some have mutant genes in Estrogen receptors which make one more prone to harder shut downs and lower fertility, others have beneficial genes that impact neuronal systems and could potentially make recovery faster.

But a mate who I train with now and again couldn't fucking walk for 6 days after his So I'm on the fence for now but if I do get done I'll be sure to let you know mate ;)
