Hello,
I recently submitted a review.
The seller made things right and I wanted to update the review to reflect this. But I don't see it under my reviews in my profile. Or when I see my review there is no edit or delete option.

jakobpeterhonestly it can be a pain trying to find the edit button on some of these forum setups. usually, if it's been a few days, the system might have locked the post so you can't change it yourself.
check if there's a little "report" button or a "contact mods" link on the actual review page. usually you can just message an admin or the source reviewer team and they'll update the rating for you, especially if the seller actually made it right. they're usually pretty quick about it since it helps the seller's score. glad to hear the source stepped up though, that's always a relief!
Thats why if you are going to continue to try to resolve the issue then dont rush the gun and write a negative review. If you are going to then stick to your guns and keep the same energy and tell the source you are done with trying to resolve it and dont take anything from them. If i was a source trying to work with you and you all butt hurt still wrote a negative review then im not shipping crap. I hate when people are like "he is a scammer" then when you finally get your shit "he is best source in the world" crap! You get one review and one chance.

And bro makes it sound like the src is to blame, when he is the one who donated incorrectly. Zero accountability
Whats worse is he didn't write a review because he had us consumers in mind (reason you write a review), he only wrote it to manipulate the source to get the outcome he wanted. Makes him worse than my worse manipulating worse ex girlfriends lol. I didn't even get to read the review but this is so common here and wish it would stop. Ruins the review process

Big yes on the consumer reviews. So many do as you said and use manipulation in their favor and others suck the source off and leave zero detail about a product used. Shameless
Whats interesting is I have seen a few people say shit about Z**C yet I order from them all the time and have had zero issues. I think they click on shit and dont pay attention to what they ordered. It does say some things will be substituted with another brand if they are out of stock.
