Dosage for Liv 52???

Hey bros.. Im takin Var 80mg ED Winny 40-50mg ED...i have live 52 but im really not sure how much should i be taking?...whats the dosage in "Liv 52" that you guys reccomend?

Muscleg33ki take 1200 mg of NAC a day.. 1800 to 2400 mg when taking any oral AAS.
N-Acetyl Cysteine Is a lot better for you and more effective at lowering liver enzymes. 2400 mg a day spread out equally ( 600 mg caps).
They may look like m&ms but dont chew them! Lol yuck...im same as below except i take last dose before bed
