Diets

I am looking for diet books that are cycle friendly, if such a thing exists. Have a couple basic diets that I have found on here thanks to some of the brothers but would like to get some variety. Thanks

To be very specific and detailed on making someone a diet one would need a lot of information about the person, starting with your goals, then your stats, then your current eating habits and your current diet.... This tells us where you want to go, where you are at now and what type of metabolism you have. Without this 90% of the diets presented are meaningless as we all know some people are lean on McDonalds and others are fat on chicken and rice.
Now cycle friendly diets that work for anyone trying to get shredded, 1lb of fish, 1lb of chicken breast and half a bag of mixed vegetables per day spread of over 5 meals. What you are asking is vague so this is all I can come up with, lol.
Not sure what you mean by cycle friendly?
Are you looking for bulking diets or cutting diets?
I would like to get both. But right now cutting. I was referring to multiple meals, low fat, low sugar ect. Figured some of the more experienced guys might know of some good diets, books... Ones that worked for them, I understand everyone is different. There is just a ton of stuff out there just trying to cut through the stuff that doesn't work... Thanks
So you are looking for something that has the actual foods you should be eating for each meal.
Yes sir! Hopefully something with amount as well (weight or amount). I'm still researching but I thought I might ask for some help from some of you guys that have been down this road. Thanks
I know it's not sexy but if you really want to learn how to diet properly, get some of the basic literature. There's no guide in it, no shortcut route or similar, just the basic knowledge of proper dieting.
Might not be sexy, but the best you can do for your education on that field
Pericu, thanks that is what I am looking for, just thought there might be some pointers for good ones. Guess it's back to B&N to look again. Thanks again.
