OK - Let's get this started. This thread is for those of you that need nutritional support / guidance. Repeatedly people find this aspect the most difficult to pin down and get right and that's exactly what this is here for. We have a cycles page for tweaking cycles, bow we have a diet clinic for tweaking diets. Get your training schedule right as well, you're one step ahead already.

This is how this is going to roll. You post up:
Your stats (be honest)
Ideally a recent pic we can look at from your profile
Your goal
What you currently eat and when along with an idea of training times / work schedule
Any food allergies / dietary requirements
Any foods you can't stand / particularly enjoy (not Pizza lol)

In return, your get FREE nutritional advice and a framework plan to work from to maximise your results. Not just from me and Viking, I want you guys in here showing what you've got on the nutritional front. We've got some great knowledge on this board, this is your thread to show it.

Let's keep this constructive and respectful at all times, but I don't feel the need to "sugar coat" if someones diet needs a complete rebuild if they're getting all wrong. Let's also flip that and avoid become defensive and taking critique personally.

Yeah i give him +3 also..... i had to fine tune him in his early days slightly but he his showing some true colours lately......... another good member in the making with help from guys like you helping to steer the right path........... PRICELESS!!

I think this is a wonderful idea !! I strongly believe that diet education is what I was lacking prior to finding this site. I used gear before and didn't get the results I've gotten until I educated myself on proper diet from reading and listening to people like yourself and vike.. It would help prove that gear is a tool but with a shit fuck diet your wasting money and spinning your wheels!!

Exactly what I'm talking about. I think it's probably an area we all make mistakes with. Giving everyone a solution rather than just "sort your diet" out would seem an obvious path to follow.

Ya I think this would be great. As much as we tell people to go check out the diet section and shit there's nobody over there. I posted my basic plan of my cutting diet back in March and I only got one reply. So you have my support bro. This is the most important aspect of this lifestyle and there isn't enough help here as of now.

My humble opinion think that would be amazing thing for eriods. I hope u have enough time if they do decided to do this bc I see at least two or three guys I would post them your link a day. U can't be successful or achieve any goals without proper nutrition. Truly think this could set up a lot of gentleman up for success. As far as put it hmm maybe make a group with u in charge.

Already something in the group section, and I think the whole group area doesn't get the traffic it initially did. Could be wrong mind you, but I'm thinking in the forum or there's no need.
