Competition prep group

I just created a new group to discuss competion prep strategies/drugs. A lot of stuff we can freely discuss in the open forums but we all know that preping for a competition can involve extreme measures to bring out the best possible stage worthy appearance. Those extreme measures can involve many of the taboo compounds and some extreme cycles that are best kept out of the open forum. Here is your chance to freely discuss these compounds and whatever other questions you may have in prepping for a show. Whether you are bodybuilding, physique, bikini, fitness, strongman or whatever lets share our experience to help everyone bring out their best.

Im one week out from my states biggest comp. Starting the carb depletion/water and partial sodium load tomorrow.
My cycle is of chemical warfare but I'm looking and feeling great. 250lbs 15wks ago, 227lbs today, I'll weigh in top of the heavyweight class at 220-225 depending on how dry and or how much water is lost. Pretty damm dry today though.

I have had quite a few requests lately to join the comp prep group and I have declined quite a few members. I am trying to keep this a serious group for competitors to freely share ideas. Most of the people I have declined appear to be very inactive on the site. Been here for years but very few if any posts or comments. I don't want to let people in to this group just to look around and see what it is all about and not be contributing members to the group. So if I have declined your membership and you think I shouldn't have, just friend me and let me know some more background on you to see if you will qualify for the group. Thanks.

The group has been changed to a private group. What this means is that only members of the group will be able to see the posts within this group. I thought I had it set up this way so thanks to the members who pointed that out to me that it wasn't. So now we can get some real discussion going.
