warning coinbase have just emailed me and closed my account ,f.knows why i hardly use it the most i ever purchased was £25,they recon its through legal reasons .they not kept my money but wont allow me touse again..something fishy there ,i done nothing wrrong ,cant be arsed to fight them.f.em

yamyamtrevguys thanks for your input .i live in england .over here the cops dont really give a fk about gear infact 3 cops in my gym use.i use my debit card .which is just a bacic bank card to purchase bitcoin,so yes its linked .the law here is you can get done for selling cant get done for personall so i dont give a fk about being traced ,theres far worse things over here to worrie about like gangs of pakis raping young girls and and enroling for isis,what i was trying to explain was that i made no big purchases ,25£ the most .when i get the 5or 10 £i buy bitcoin ,i done nothing wrong and they cancel my account why?so fuckem.i just thought you guys whouse bitcoin now circle down should buy bitcoin then spend it straight away ,not keepin wallet .so i dont know ? why they done it .i thought i would give you all the heads up.not trying creat paranoia.just speakin out loud .if i stop 1 person bieng robbed i achieved something ,should re phrase .can get done possesion but very highly unlikely .

Coinbase should only be used to purchase BTC. You should have a separate wallet to send/receive for anything you purchase overseas.

Appreciate the headsup with coinbase, ive heard about the situation but didn't believe it. I use it as my wallet but I've never used it for purchasing. Now i definitely won't.

Having to send a photo of ID to set up an account has alarm bells ringing for me mate.
If it's such a safe way of paying ect..... why do you need the same ID as I would need to set up a bank account? Fuck that!
