Cognitive Effects of AAS, HGH, and Peptides: treatments for TBI, concussion, dementia, stroke, etc.

ad

Hi everyone,

Long time reader of the content on here. When I first heard of the site 10 years ago as a college student working at GNC, I felt that the information on here was head and shoulders above anything that you could get from your average gym conversation, YouTube video, or documentary.

Now, as someone who’s had more experience in academia and formal research, I think that this site is the most comprehensive repository of data on PEDs in the world, to the point that I truly think some of the veteran members in here should be funded to run their own labs. I have been so impressed and grateful for the knowledge y’all have contributed.

With that in mind, I have some opportunities to study the cognitive effects of PEDs, in general. Of special interest to me is looking at novel interventions for treating traumatic brain injury, stroke, post-concussive syndrome, and delaying dementia. I am also interested in anyone who sees an effect on their ADD/ADHD symptoms, memory, etc. Positive and negative experiences are equally important.

If you have any anecdotes to share on how any given drug has affected you cognitively, I would love to hear your guys’ experiences. There’s some great literature on BPC-157 treating brain damage in rodent models, but nothing in humans, as is the trend in research for “dangerous” substances that cannot be patented.

Thank you!

I used Tren 3 times-----I got arrested 3 times. Each time I was on a sust and Tren cycle.

After the time I left Tren and Sus--- prefer to use enanthate or cyp with masteron now.

The coginitive effects on me were blatant, the tren made me lose my head and i didnt even realize I was being a dick until i stepped away from it all ----I took a long break and then when i started using test again i was super cautious and things wnet better. I will never touch Tren again, that shit is evil!

This is great information, thank you for sharing. Glad you were able to find the right combination for your body and brain. I've never touched Tren due to stories like this, and the characterization of tren as evil sounds like how people I've worked with describe drugs like fentanyl and meth.

Question- do you feel your life would be different if you never took anything (other than TRT once you reached the appropriate age/levels)?
