Hi stranger >: hows that prep coming along and best wishes for the operation.
I have been having regular deep fibre massage for this prolapsed disc, very painful but getting back to normal feels superb, i only have 4 Abs at the moment but i suppose thats better than none Ha
The prep was coming along great. I'm under 8% and about 258lbs and undoubtedly look the best I have in a long time. Still a little lack of symmetry after last years op - right rear delt is still obviously behind the left. I'm keeping the diet strict with a faint hope I could still make October, but in think to be realistic it's gone for this year. Roll on tomorrow afternoon to see what the damage is!
Look after that back. It's a slow recovery but the sports masseur works wonders on my mangled back!

Shame :( i was looking forwards to loosing my voice screaming in the crowd, there is always the next show, i must admit i am getting faily sick of the politics lately within a couple of organisations and may just sit it out until they get their act together, we can input between 5 and 6 thousand pounds in show prep just to be crushed by politics it just doesnt make sense, i have the chance of doing two comps in America so we are looking into that very closely at the moment,that should be good if it comes to fruition .
You're still coming, just might be next year now. I know a few people feeling the way you do, had a similar conversation last week with a guy I sometimes train with.
You have to know that you will have hoards of us showing up to cheer you on here in the states.
