Can I get help removing promo label?

Ive been trying to shake this promo label from like 10 months ago. Sent multiple messages to the source. Gone up the chain of command. Can a moderator help me out? Ive missed some good promos ive wanted to jump in.

Buy an order from the source and review it within 6 months. (But after you've used it long enough to get results)
Ranger3252Make a review of the product on the src review page issue solved. Also what Milfy said below, you also have had to used the product’s well.
You have to review the product(s) you were given for the promo, and it will fall right off.
Although, to abide by the rules you needed to have done that within 6 months of receiving the product(s).
