I was looking into buying some gear from Perses, I see that he got blends. The blend I wanna get is test e + mast e + tren e(600mg). My question is should I by each type seperate? Or is the combination blend just as good???

It should be the same weather you run a mix of the three from one vial or take the same dose from 3 different vials. The only difference is you are able to adjust the dose a lil different with the 3 seprate compound vials and you deciding the dose of the mix.
