Hello all.
I plan to use privatemdlabs to get my first blood paneling done.
I have read some different threads regarding this and want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing.
I really want to verify my gear is legit mainly:
HGH
Tren
Winny
Test
I have the Female Hormone panel selected, should I add the Insulin-Like Growth Factor I to the order? Do I need to inject 10iu IM before the test, or will have elevated readings from taking it for the past month?
Will these panels show the listed compounds?

Wow your liver values are totally messed up along with your cholesterol. Did you fast before you took this blood test very important?
OK time to list exactly what the compounds, dose, how often of everything you were taking. Including any over the counter meds, supplements, alcohol or anything other than food. Also are you on any type of liver supplement?
200mg of cyp did not cause those elevations. Or that 442 pg/ml of free test
I did fast completely, had a sip of water in am.
I meant the Test dose was 200 mg a week itself.
HGH - 3iu day, not sure if it's legit
Test cyp - 200mg a week
Tren A - 300mg a week
Winny - 50mg eod (oral)
Anastrozole - 1mg eod
Multi vitamins (animal pack)
Mobic - 15mg a day for a surgery I had last November. Should be off soon.
A couple aspirin a day, and ibuprofen. Neck surgery listed above.
Linsinopril - 5mg a day. Had high blood pressure short term. Working on getting off this with dr, as he thinks it was due to neck pain and stress.
Right now I'm not taking anything orally barely except vitamins since the test results.
I'm going to get another blood test done soon once I let some of this stuff clear out of my system.
I worked out hard the day before the test, but that's not why ast/alt are that elevated.
Cholesterol I don't get, I discussed with my wife and she was surprised because she knows what we eat because she cooks it. As I mentioned, last November my cholesterol was fantastic per my dr.
No alcohol, I drink socially, but that's only once every few months.
I just started taking liver supps the day after the test, once it arrived.
I do have other gear, but it's for a later cycle.

You are having some serious liver stress and need to find out what is causing it. My guess along with the long list of steroids is that the MOBIC is causing this. YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR DR AND DISCONTINUE THE MOBIC. From the FDA drug warning label:
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
Elevated liver enzymes, and rarely, severe hepatic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if abnormal liver enzymes persist or worsen. (5.3)
5.3 Hepatic Effects
Borderline elevations of one or more liver tests may occur in up to 15% of patients taking NSAIDs including MOBIC. These laboratory abnormalities may progress, may remain unchanged, or may be transient with continuing therapy. Notable elevations of ALT or AST (approximately three or more times the upper limit of normal) have been reported in approximately 1% of patients in clinical trials with NSAIDs. In addition, rare cases of severe hepatic reactions, including jaundice and fatal
fulminant hepatitis, liver necrosis and hepatic failure, some of them with fatal outcomes have been reported [see Adverse Reactions (6.1)].
-DRUG INTERACTIONS
Concomitant use with NSAIDs may reduce the antihypertensive effect of ACE-inhibitors (7.1)
7.1 ACE-inhibitors
NSAIDs may diminish the antihypertensive effect of ACE-inhibitors. This interaction should be given consideration in patients taking MOBIC concomitantly with ACE-inhibitors.

I don't know why I never looked into the mobic, I guess not feeling anything didn't have me think it was damaging.
I stopped using it as well as aspirin etc since the results. I will retest in a couple of weeks and see if the levels go down. Talking to Dr this week.
In some ways I guess I'm relieved for the moment, hopefully no major damage was done though.
Just got back my results.
I'm little worried, and perplexed. 8 months ago I had blood work done and my cholesterol was actually sited as low, and my liver was fine. Now I'm all kinds of messed up here. I just started my cycle a month ago after taking about 7-8 months off.
I didn't do a 10iu injection of HGH before the test, so I'm not sure if that IGF level means my original stuff is bunk or very under dosed.
Some of these things that are listed as high have me freaked out too, like the eosinophils and T3. Could some of my gear be tainted?
Could the test be off on some of these? I'm going to re-test in another month or so, and discontinue the winny I have only taken for about a month. My diet inst terrible, not perfect, but not this bad to go from low to high in 8 months on cholesterol.
I hope some of you may have some good insight on this.
I'm on Animal packs and also just recently started on their liver support right after my blood work. Could vitamins screw up the test at all?
FYI I'm only on TRT dose of Test CYP of 200mg a week.

You should get the HORMONE PANEL FOR MALES from labsmd since your running Tren and HGH. It will test everything you should be concerned with. If you have been running HGH for at least 4wks I would just get the IGF-1 serum that's included in the male panel. This test includes everything privatemd female panel does but it also tests Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LC/MS/MS. Testosterone is done in LC/MSMS and reads over 1500, you'll also know your free test levels. Lipids are included which anyone running tren should check.Thyroid Profile w/ TSH is tested which anyone who runs HGH or Tren should have checked and it DOES include a CBC and CMP.
If your running Tren (A or E?) make sure you have your prolactin checked.

It's a good idea to get bloods done before ever juicing, you'll know what your real test level is and have a baseline for recovery.

I have been tested...I was actually doing TRT.
I dont want to use my Dr for obvious reasons until needed, at which point I will back everything off to just the TRT doses.
If you use labsmd instead, you'll get test levels above 1500 and E2 not thrown off by tren.
If you are on tren the female test will read estrodial wrong. Hit up Hailrazor or MegaT and they can point you in the right direction for which test you need.

Still new to doing things the right way like testing blood etc... Now that Im older, Im a little more wise lol.
Regarding the hgh, for the growth hormone serum test you inject 10iu IM into you delt 3.5 hours before the test ( the protocol might be 5iu IM into each delt can't remember). I don't think you really need to wait to do this but the igf-1 test you have a to wait a few weeks to let it build up in your system before you get it done in order to get an accurate result. I would like the gh vets chime in on the protocol for the gh serum test.
Now the female hormone panel is both good and bad. It's good because it tests for basically everything except cholesterol and it's really cheap, but the downside is at most locations they cap the testosterone reading at 1500ng/dl. So you have no idea if your results are 1501 ng/dl which would reflect underdosimf assuming your using a normal cycle dose, or your might be 4000, you just don't know. Some places don't do this but a lot do, and in order to get the actual number you have to get the male test.
And the panel wi not show listened compounds.

I'll go with those two tests, I'm not dosing very high on the T at the moment, which will change when I get some more goods in.
I might just wait until my order gets here then and go with the male panel and the igf1?
Does the male panel test for anything besides testosterone? cause whats cool abut the female is it does everything, liver kidneys rbc and all that stuff so you can make sure the gear isn't fucking up you body. And the female also does the estrogen test. So if the male panel does everything except for estrogen then go for it. And like I said you gotta wait a few weeks to do the igf-1 test i believe.
You mean wait a few weeks after using, or after injecting the 10iu in the delts? I have been using for about a month or so.
It appears the male test doesnt have cbc. So, back to my original igf and female panel?
