Blood pressure help

ad

Looking for what type of BP ancillaries I could use to bring down my BP and get rid of that redness on my neck. Thanks!

"Simply potent" blood pressure support
Off of Amazon helped me out
Nattpkinase and also baby aspirin helped but not as well as the supplement off amazon

Anyone with blood pressure above 125/85 should take the blood pressure pill, it will prevent future damage to the heart and coronary arteries, high blood pressure is a silent killer

instead for a hematocrit that goes from 52 and up, you have to start donating blood, and take baby aspirin and nattokinase pill 200mg(anti-thrombotic) to avoid heart attacks and strokes

These are the guidelines to follow regardless of steroid use

Sometimes mast cell activation / histamine release can be confused with high e2 symptoms. If your labs come back okay, you could look at otc Zyrtec and quercetin.

It could also be sympathetic overactivity (tren, clen, stimulants). Theanine, ashwaganda, magnesium glycinate might help. Propanolol may too, but that’s a beta blocker.

If it’s high BP and high HCT (eq, dhb), Losartan may help. Generally I prefer telmisartan because if its metabolic effects, but Losartan may also lower Hct, in addition to BP.

THAT BEING SAID, I’d reinforce what others have said about identifying underlying causes, smoking (which can amplify your issues), some of the other habits/options discussed, and medical supervision before jumping on a whole bunch of ancillaries and trying to treat this in your own. Most of us on here aren’t doctors and while there’s plenty of solid advice given out, when it comes to medical knowledge there’s a whole lot more that we don’t know than what we do know (speaking for myself).

Donate blood for starters …. Try some baby aspirin 83mg once per day , up your water intake to 1.5 gallons , throw in some electrolytes and do some additional cardio for half hour each day . Sit in the sauna and I guarantee that blood pressure will come down ! Also if possible ice plunge first thing in the morning everyday ! Game changer regulating your body and metabolism ! Little changes will make a big difference ! DO NOT JUST START TAKING CIALIS OR BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS. Get that body moving !

Any questions always throw me a PM! Try small things first before adding any additional meds

I totally forgot about baby aspirin. Thanks for bringing me back around for that and a bunch of other good ideas absolutely will reach out. I forgot to include this on my one post and I know I’m gonna take a ton of flack for it but I’m also a cigarette smoker and I know that does bad for the blood pressure really I’d like to quit but I think it’s more of a mental thing but it’s tough.

Have your tried the patch or nicotine pouches? I am a big fan of the pouches because I am a long time dipper "chew/snuff", they are helping me tremendously. I like zone brand. Or just have some strong will power...

Anything in Life is achievable if you are determined enough, you have to want it bad enough though thats the key. I drank for 16 years every single day and in the end I'd had enough of the way I was - the 1 main reason that I stayed sober was my training. I wanted that part of me and my life back SO BADLY that I simply wasn't willing to slip back into the old me. Yes there were times especially in the summer when I would walk down the drink isle in the supermarket and ponder the question about how bad would it really be if I just got 1 bottle of wine in for the night, then I would always stand there and think 'Are you really willing to throw away everything you have achieved just for an hour or 2 of drinking? & then the rest will follow as it always does ...... He can stop smoking if his training means that much to him - Yeah it will be tough the first few days and he will have to occupy his mind with something else but he has to get over it, deal with it and suffer a bit. I suffered with 2 days of comedown and shook for a month after I stopped. Everybody is stronger than they think if they want something badly Good

Credit where its due for owning up to smoking mate - BUT to you and anyone else who smokes, you are absolutely fuckin nuts man!! How can you do this to your lungs - do you realise how much you rely on these things to function and train???!! Nah I didn't either until I recently had Bronchitis for 6 weeks and they inflamed and became clogged with thick mucus for all that time. I couldn't do FUCK ALL because I couldn't breathe properly and was continually coughing 24 hours per day. The most strenuous thing I could manage was taking the bin bags out to the bin shed, just that made me feel dizzy as hell for an hour afterwards, I could barely walk. Mine luckily was just a viral infection, but in the end you will get Chronic Bronchitis if you a smoker which lasts for 3 months plus each time each and every year. If you end up with this its debilitating and you will NOT be able to train!!! This shit eventually leads to pneumonia and then it really is END GAME. I swear if you ever get this you will quit the day after. Its not tough at all pal, this is your life and training longevity. STOP breathing nicotine and weed smoke if you smoke that pointless shit also through your lungs and QUIT today!

Bigj1495's picture

The signs my body is giving me are my estrogen is in a good place. Bloods get drawn next week. Salt intake is mild. Like to put a little on white rice but I try to keep it minimal. Not trying to look like the Michelin man haha

Hey bro,
Meds: Cialis,Telmisartan, Nebivolol ( some. People combine them ) I do combine 2 of them Neb and Cialis…

Suppls: taurine, magnesium
Glycinate, citrus bergamot, grape seed extract, omega 3, vit c, cq10, Curcumin and so on

Dosage and timing can vary, but these are good starting points. Everything has advantages and disadvantages, so please do your own research before coming to at play.

Hey brother this is solid advice but how about before throwing him on a daily dose of additional meds he should be implementing new daily habits to his routine . Plenty of options here before just jumping on Cialis ! Boners are a plus though

Up that water intake

Baby Aspirin Daily 83mg once per day

Cardio - 30 mins additional per day

Sauna - 15-20 mins

Cold Plunge - will reduce cortisol levels, and also lower blood pressure. Vasoconstriction followed by vasodilation (the widening of blood vessels) after a cold plunge can improve circulation over time as well!

Hot YOGA will help as well

Plenty of options here before jumping on BP meds or Boner Meds

That's correct. I did not urge him to start taking anything (it was simply my modest suggestion based on my experience) unless he understood why it was causing all of this. He should conduct his own investigation. Anvil asked some interesting ones, answering these could be a good starting place. Before stated, everything has advantages and disadvantages, but he must use his own judgment to determine what is best for him, or he can easily delegate responsibility in the near future, such as looking for a cardiologist and so on. I don't criticize anyone, simply give him a starting point so he can research into it. However, in my opinion, there are numerous things that can be done before taking medication as you well said. So many tips from different perspectives will certainly help, cause in this game everyone is different. We are all here to help each other.

This. PCP or Cardiologist is the real answer. I see all too often people get on meds like beta blockers and get stuck dependent for life. Just because they’re not psychoactive, doesn’t mean they can’t make the body dependent on them. It’s not fun to be a slave to so many things especially when if you run out or forget to take it the rebound effect can be legitimately dangerous.

Don’t but a band-aid on a gunshot. Gotta treat the underlying cause of the issue- not just the symptoms Smile

First one, before you jump on any medication right away, try to find the cause. People always jump right on meds even before knowing whats causing the problem. Are you holding too much water on cycle, E2 management, sleep, consistent sodium and potassium intake etc.
Also cardio is such a big factor. Absolutely everybody especially those using PEDs should be doing cardio regularly. This will solve a lot of problems already.

If you have evrything mentioned in check you could genetically be predisposed to high BP especially when holding a lot of muscle mass and thus body weight. I am using 40-80mg Telmisartan which works great and has other benefits like kidney protection.

So try fixing everything that could be causing the High BP first, medication should always be the last route.

Bigj1495's picture

Going to check it out thanks you for the advice!

Telmisartan is pretty mild, has few side effects and works well for mild to moderately elevated BP. Also works by literally reducing fluid retention and increases cardio endurance similar to cardarine. Do your own research but for me it’s a no brainer, my favorite ancillary by a country mile.

Agree with swole. Just make sure your aware of possible side effects. When i started cialis I had severe lower back pain for about 5 days, then it disappeared.
