I'd like to hear some peoples opinions and experience in dealing with blood pressure issues being to high.
In what ways did you see improvement, supplements to take, and the different signs of blood pressure being to high other than using the arm sleeve.

Cialis works well. It was actually made for blood pressure until they noticed other benefits
tread-mAfter having the spikes forever on cycle i now enjoy perfect bp no matter how big the stack. I eat a fairly clean diet, limit salt , over a gal of water ed, my gym and "some" cardio but i think the most important tool for me has been the addition of tumeric about a year or more ago in my daily supps.
Sodium has a major impact. also having pain, wounds, and injuries will elevate BP. L-Arginine I have found to be the best supplement to lower it. Just make sure your potassium is balance with L arginine or you will cramp.
Any of you use hydrochlorothiazide for BP? It's a diuretic. And it is dirt cheap.
BigBmajI've been working with my blood pressure for years now.
Low sodium. Or some people say balance sodium with potassium 3:1 or 4:1. I did not notice that adding potassium made a huge difference in the numbers. But keeping sodium intake down to less than a gram a day makes a huge difference.
Hawthorn Berry extract
Apple cider vinegar.
Beet Root juice.
Lots of water - can make it worse at first.
Low estrogen. Keep levels low to prevent water retention.
Those are the things that I've seen work for me. It still gets crazy high and my doctor is working with it.
hawthorn berry extract.
waltrI tend to get a shorter temper and be grumpy when my BP is high.
I'll take a baby aspirin (81mg aspirin) and drink 2 capfulls of cider vinegar and drink some water. That usually helps out quite a bit.
