Blast and cruise 8.5 years
ad
So as the title says 8.5 years blast and cruise in this time I’d say the majority of compounds used have been
Test
Mast

I’ve used both deca and tren I think twice and never got on with them .
Reasons for coming off
I want to see if I can do it .
pinning has worn thin on me
I’ve had some very bad Ed and libido issues going on now for around a year which I’ve read can happen when your on a while .

The question is am I likely to recover ? With a good pct ?
Will I loose much size & how brutal is it going to be mentally ?
And I guess if it did fail I could always restart with a trt .
All this year I’ve cruised on 120mg weekly

I watched a podcast on elitefts a guy talking about this. I think his name was Pete Rubbish. He said he was blasting and cruising for 10 years or so. I think he said it was about 18 months before he reach 400 test and actually started to feel great. Apparently he's lh and fsh bounced back insanely fast but the body took forever to actually start producing naturally. Obviously everyone will be different on recover.
I've never been off more then a couple of months at a time. My biggest issue was motivation for the gym and fucking my girl. Working has never been an issue. I've gone in sick and extremely depressed.
Great example man awesome post.
I use to follow Pete on Youtube when he went through this massive transformation - Years ago now he was known as a Huge Deadlift specialist and was one of the first guys to be lifting over 400kg which was massive at the time! His general cycles were High Test, 700mg Tren and the rest. Use to appear in the Animal cage a lot too. Then he decided to totally get off gear and become natty because of his wife and young child and didn't want to run the risks involved anymore. At the time he literally went from a HUGE meathead with a big thick neck to this kinda beanpole looking guy in comparison - it was pretty crazy to see. His lifts bombed also. He did build things back up but it took a long time of natty training and peristence. He was benching 220kg and I remember he was then struglling with 155kg soon after coming off.
This really depends on your age you can do it but the first 6 months are ruff then u level off but you pretty much go back to normal I’m mean not completely u will still maintain some size and strength especially if your training smart. The recovery is a bitch on the juice u recover so fast when your test is higher at least from my experience, I lasted about 16 months and since I’m in my late 40s I jumped back on cause I was in constant pain no energy just miserable all around. I wish u the best and keep us all informed.
My main concern is my mental health
I don’t have any company sick pay remaining so gotta make sure I keep going into work . Don’t really know how rough it’s going to be . I see mixed things said
Like irongame said u will be fine it’s just an adjustment if your mentally strong u wont have any problems working but it’s a big change especially as u age, just don’t be anxious or nervous it actually was great for me besides the pain for some reason test helps my physical pain more than anything and I will take breaks, when I was young and first started juice we blasted and never cruised. Time on ment equal amount off no trt nothing just let the body clean out then blast again.
Don’t be anxious or nervous ?
Yes because you have been using or injecting test for 8 1/2 years it will be new and different just have a positive attitude and all will be fine u got this my brother and we are here for you anytime you need us.
Thanks my man appreciate it , as long as I can keep size I’ll be happy
Oh course wish you the best.
I rapidly excelled in my career during my years off with low test. Quickly moved up within my company. Never missed a day of work because of it so you shouldn’t have any issues. And I’d get home from my day job and go spend a few hours outside working on the property we bought building a homestead doing hard physical labor. Plus 8-10 hours Saturday and the same Sunday. Pretty much worked 7 days a week for 6 years straight surviving on 5-6hrs of sleep. I’ve finally started to slow down now. You’ll be fine.
Why not just utilize trt if you been on that long you're gonna be miserable trying to get stable.... your natural t levels might even be tanked when fully recovered...
Just don't pin at all for 2 or 3 weeks since you're tired of it then start a true trt dose it's hard to say without bloodwork but maybe start with 180-200mg back fill slin pins and inject mon and Thursday it's like you never even physically pinned when using slin pins and that small amount of oil. Just a suggestion.
For the reasons I’ve stated bud
That’s exactly how I already do it .
It’s just something I want to try - sometimes we need to do these things for ourselves
And for me that’s beyond a trt dose180-200 mg
125mg has test @ 25nmol so that perfect for me
Right on! If you mentally and physically can't handle it anymore cash in your chips. Not to be a dick or anything Depending on how much size you've accumulated over that long of a period I'd definitely take this into consideration also risk vs reward has to be there...
Hard to say if you’ll recover. Are you 30 now? If so you started pretty young. I didn’t start that young, but pretty close and spent about 7 years on b&c and came off and stayed off for like 6 years and I never did recover. I actually didnt feel bad mentally. Just no sex drive for all those years, and kind of always tired. That was the main thing. I had so much to keep me busy though. No issues knocking my wife up after I had been off for a year.and again a year after that.
If you aren’t on HCG start it a month or two before you plan to come off to wake your balls up. Then a longer pct, not the typical 4 weeks people do after a normal length cycle.
39 now my man .
I have pct sorted .
One thing that has really bothered me all this year is libido and trt - blood work is perfect and still nothing seems to work as it should . Tried various things
That’s weird man. Gotta be something other than hormones. Idk what though.
I’m hoping maybe coming off could help
Hopefully. You’ll need to give your body 6-12 months to bounce back before deciding if it worked or not. You can even stay on clomid or enclo at a lower dose longer term. And that’ll help boost your test levels.
YouTuber Thomas maw did it. He fully recovered, lost a decent amount of size and ended up going back on because of the lack of mental edge he was used to.
Yeah I’ve watched this a few times but also he wasn’t really training bodybuilding at this time , functional fitness if I’m correct ? So I guess that would have had a massive impact . I’ll probably come off and regret it and do the same - but as I said in another message sometimes we have to try these things
Yeah, just gotta say Goodluck to you with it. I'd have every aid possible including proviron. Hcg restart protocol, gallons of zma, you name it lol.
There is a member on here who I think was on for around 15 years doing the same kinda thing and he came fully off and did manage to recover - almost back to normal testosterone levels from what I can remember. Seen countless others do it ranging between 5 to 10 years of use. It can be done, but you really need to attack it with all the medications to give it as good a shot as possible - and no, its definately not easy mentally from all accounts. Your body has been so use to much higher hormone levels for years - so even going straight back onto normal Test levels without hitting Zero will feel tough.
I imagine its like quitting drugs or alcohol - you can achieve it but you have to REALLY want it for yourself and be willing to go through some shitty periods to get to the light.
You never mentioned about the size loss ? --
How many months would it take ?
I think he went down from about 280 to 245 - personally I would be more concerned with the strength loss you will suffer, but not really much you can do about it at the end of the day.
You are asking me questions that are going to have different answers for everyone, some people will recover quicker than others. It could take anywhere from 3 to 6 months I would of thought.
Well I guess all I can do is try and if it really gets rough and I fail I can pin some test prop for a week to get levels back up
Its something I would like to try also in an ideal world, but I know the inevitable outcome in terms of how much muscle and strength I would lose and I can't say I'd ever be comfortable or happy with that. You have to think solely of the Health and longevity benefits you are going to reap in return for doing it
Who’s to say you would loose that much ?
I know it’s will be tough if my body starts melting in front of me . I’m in a good position body comp very Lean so should be able to hold on to it .
