I gotta touch on this as well I was banned from eroids for awhile. I don't blame really any of the mods pale,Greg, or BFG, I can not express how important it is to surround urself with good members who do the right shit, who don't bring anyone down no matter where there are in there fitness journey. Unfortunately I also can not stress enough to anyone knew members that be read the rules. They are there for a reason. Unfortunately I read over them quick had been a member for years and whinded up by accident breaking a rule not even on purpose which also lead into a terrible transaction, which then had someone lie about all kinds of shit that wasn't true in a email sent to mods. So they did what they had to. I won't lie it sucked cause part of this happend during covid and I had met a lot of good people on here , some I would even call friends. Anyway I took my banned for awhile idk how to reach out, but when I finally did and was able to have a one on one convo and explain my side BFG listened which I honestly wasn't expecting. In the convos I had I learned a few things one he's a good dude. But it was nice to see that his character is soild , he was super understanding. He's also extremely smart, even though he didn't believe it was me at first cause those who know me I use to write long wrong on sentences no periods commas or breaks. Viking also my legit deepest condolences and sympathy on the passing of ur father and loved one man. Me and my father have not only a father and son relationship but an unbreakable bond in friendship, my dad has went over and beyond being me up the best he could with what cards he was dealt so I can't even imagine the pain I will feel when he passes I hope to have the strength and friends around me to keep me on the tracks and keep me going and wanting to go. But what this thread is about isn't who's the man behind bfg as more so the person hes become to alot of us. The platform he provides to all of us. I was pretty shocked at how peaceful and genuinely kind he was to me. I'm just glad we have someone at the helm with the type of character,morals,and understanding to provide some with second chances/opportunities. He's as solid as a human being can get he's the type of dude who you want standing in your corner. I'll leave it at that.

And I hope u got some solid people wife,kids,family and friends around u right now to support u viking and the utter hell ur feeling right now. They say time heals all wounds, maybe that's true but there is no doubt that some scars/wounds u just learn to live with and do the best you can to filter that pain into something positive.
