Back acne

ad

Does anyone have any sups or peptides they've been successful with treating back acne. I don't get acne anywhere besides my back and it's deep like cystic acne for the most part. I've been on multiple antibiotics, I eat very clean, very minimal oils, not alot of fatty foods.

I've tried just about every wash that I can find and cant seem to get it under control. All I do is test and not even crazy amounts, I take 200mg wk for trt.

Any peptides that could slow down sebaceous glands maybe?

Thanks.

When jumping on TRT, I had back/shoulder acne for months. The nasty, painful cyst type like you said. Tried every acne body wash and spray out there and nothing worked. I started taking a daily vitamin D pill because it was low on the recent blood labs and it cleared up. I dont think there's any actual research on this being a thing but its the only thing I changed before my acne cleared up. I havent used a acne wash since.

Accutane and pair it with injectable glutathione/Tudca. Your liver will be fine

You need Accutane if it’s cystic. You can take low dose 10 mg to 20 mg. You will just need to take it longer. Accutane is one of those drugs you don’t have to take 40 mg a slug. You can go low dose and have low sides. You just need to check your lipids every 6-8 weeks. I would also do lipid and liver support supplements. Red yeast rice, citrus berg, NAC, Tudca

Honestly, I stay away from orals and use low dose accutane. Monitoring bloodwork is mandatory

No orals, never tried Accutane because I used to be a really bad alcoholic, liver is healed now but always been nervous about trying that. What would be a low dose?

20mg of accutane is a low dose. Doctors usually prescribe 40mg or more.

What's your pin frequency? Hormonal changes can be a root cause. If youre pinning once a week your endocrine system is in constant fluctuation.

If youre prone to oily skin....KP bodywash, from amazon, has salicylic and glycolic acid in it. Its been a lifesaver during breakouts.

I pin every 3.5 days, I will look into that. Thank you

Lower your Test dose, The Acne you are talking about is a direct symptom of to much Testosterone being aromatized into e2. Did you ever get you blood work done to check your Test and e2 levels at all? Oh, and also check your DHT, cause with DHT being to high as well can be a direct cause of acne also.

I get bloodwork every 90 days, e2 is usually a little high around 40ish. I've never had DHT checked. I planned on using one of the companies like anabolic insights to run my own bloodwork. I just switched trt companies because the last one crashed my e2 bad. I will mention this, bloodwork due in a few weeks, I'll bring up the DHT.
Thank you
