I've has varicocele for quite a long time, never really knew what it was, thought it was normal I guess. Got to the point where it is causing discomfort. ( it's a blockage in the tubes going to your nuts, stoping blood flow and fluid flow) anyways, I have an appointment tomorrow and it's looking like I will require surgery. Just looking to get a heads up, also if anyone has had it, did it (the varicocele) give you any issues: low sperm count, nut shrinkage, low test, low libido... Etc.
