One thing I can tell you is that tbol isn't going to build muscle quickly. There are no quick fix solutions.

you can't go through pain? last time I checked. which was a few hours ago building muscle hurts a bit ... spinal cord injuries are nothing to screw around with but I get the idea that you just want to take the pill and get muscle. if you have a true muscle wasting disease your doctor will prescribe something like anavar ... but that's probably a long shot ... in the dark ..

Gotta embrace the pain ;-)

I know a lot of guys here have spinal disk injuries, myself included, and we find ways of training around them. But I don’t know about injuries to the cord itself and what kinds of rehab that would entail. Like said below, seek a professional.
And don’t take tbol for it.

If I understood in right way, you want to gain your lost muscle after injury right?! Spinal cord injury mean carefull training. No deadlift with heavy weight what usually atheletes do to gain mass. And your body also can feel this crazy weight changes and this can cought you injury in bad way. It also depends when did you hurt your spinal cord and how is the feeling now. If it's happend justabout year ago and you lost a lot of weight after accident, then you body will gain mass back without any steroids anyway. Just with good diet and normal training. Your doctor have to provide you with info what you have to do after reabilitation period to get back your normal conditional.

P.S.Turinabol is not the best steroid to gain weight my friend

Hey bro, it sucks & I get it & a lot of us here have had injuries and/or medical conditions that we have had to endure. That is exactly what you must do.... endure. When you are released from the dr to do more, then is when you start over from where you’re at. This might sound cliche, but anything else that you do or add to the dr’s orders at this point will only add to your problems & could possibly slow down the healing process. I understand why you’d think a steroid would be your answer, but for those that have knowledge & experience they will all tell you the same thing... no, don’t do it & it’s definitely not a magic. For your information, if you would take tbol, it would suppress your testosterone & eventually deplete it if taken long enough & then there’s the many sides that one might experience along with negative effects it can have on organs. Do the right thing bro & just stick to what the dr ordered & when you get released there’s plenty here that can help with diet & exercise to help you. You could look into supplements such as Turmeric and osteo biflex triple strength, but be sure to go over everything with the dr BEFORE trying it so it doesn’t affect your meds.

Hello Sir,

I would suggest to see the doctor and would only follow his/hers instructions, spinal cord injury sounds serious enough for me and self medicating is not a good idea at all in your case. You will not fix the problem by just adding hormones or pain killers.

Regards

If you can't train for long enough with or without steroids it makes no difference.

Up your protein.
Add bcaa's
Plenty of vitamins.

Give the body everything it needs to recover in a timely manner

If you have a spinal cord shouldn't you rest , I would think the last thing you should do is lift heavy weights or were you told to workout by your doctor .

Jayzgainz's picture

Im no dr but shouldn't rest be involved in a spinal cord injury? Not hitting the gym on gear. That sounds serious. Probably should stick to whatever excersices your doc recommends. If you feel you can do more then ask their advice. I know back pain sucks just try not to fall into the trap of taking something whether to mask the pain or somthing that may exacerbate it.
