I've seen this asked a few times about other GH releasing peptides and the general consensus has mostly been take one or the other there's no need to take a peptide to increase natural GH production and take exogenous GH at the same time. I read on other forums people say they take tesa or ipam after coming off GH to help restore natural GH production just like you would take clomid coming off cycle to restore test production.
