The only really effective product is the Roaccutane.
I took it at 20mg/ED and in 4-6 week it clear my acne.
It's hard on your liver so pay attention.

isotretinoin in cream or gel works well.

If I get in on my back I just source some roaccutaine capsules and take them for a few days, clears it right up!
Skin goes a bit dry though and have to be careful in the sun.

African black soap/proactive with benzoyl peroxide in it. Salicyclic acid makes me break out worse. Its not horrible to begin with tho.

Homie you're using steroids! Technically from a health stand point that's not all too safe either. Just sayin....

Maybe once or twice a week is good just to dry the acne out. Everyday isn't good ... Supposedly everything causes cancer.. JS

Got some serous back acne when I started using gear.... Never had a zit on my back prior.
Recently I've been using Nizoral shampoo... It's an anti dandruff shampoo that's OTC. Main Ingredient is ketoconazole ; I read that it's supposed to block dht in the skin helping to reduce the amount of sebum in the pores. I've only been using a few weeks but it seems to be helping

Proactive has worked great for me. I also go to the tanning bed to burn off what I have left.

Ya proactive works pretty good for some people, it worked good for me for a while but it seems like your skin gets used to it after a while and acne comes back. Tanning always helps me big time.

I used duac as well as all the other topical retinoids. They totally ruined my skin, brought me from mild to moderate acne to severe acne. I was on them for probably a year, 3 different kinds. best advice I can give you is get a good acne face wash, use it in the morning after you wake up, shower and use it again after the gym and then again before bed. Change pillow cases frequently. Shower twice a day if you can. 10% benzoyl peroxide on active pimples.

I use Murad daily cleanser. You can get the salon size on Amazon for the price you would pay for a tiny one at Sephora. It works great. I have my wife use an extruder on back/shoulder white and black heads. Removes them with minimal damage and irritation. I clean up after with either an alcohol free toner and those little cotton scrub pads or with rubbing alcohol. Both do a really good job killing the bacteria

This is what I use https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/clearasil-ultra-daily-face-wash/ID=pro...

But at the end of the day genetics have a lot to do with it. I had to do a course of accutane a few years back after like a year and a half of different rx topicals and anti biotics that just kept making things worse and worse. But believe me I had the cleanest skin you could have, washed my face in the morning after the gym and at night, changed my pillow cases like every other day, made sure not to touch my face with my hands, there isn't much more I could have done but I still had terrible acne. I finally went on accutane for 7 months and it worked great. Wish I wouldnf have been so scared of it and done it earlier my doc was pushing it from the start. But accutane is a last resort, and it's not for mild acne. It can have somd shitty side effects. This was before I ever used gear too. So for me it was just a genetic thing,
