Whats everyones plan for 2026? I hope to add ten pounds of lean tissue. 230s would be nice when lean.

staying consistent & injury free is the real win for me this year — shoulder is coming along slow but steady, want lean gains without wrecking my joints. keep grinding

Yeah, it was tough. When we bought our first house I did crazy amounts of overtime to help save up. I was averaging 45% of the available OT, haha. 3-11 shift right into an overnight shift almost every I could.

This is the way. Did the same long ago.

Its the best. All of us iron heads need a home gym.

Me too, i love mine. It was a great investment.

Definitely need to use my left arm a little more to match the right. Probably a 2 inch difference between arms. --

I need to bring my left up too. Only about a 1/2 inch difference between mine though. But it’s the weirdest thing, I’m left handed so if anything you’d think my left would be bigger but it’s not. And the peak on my right is way better than my left..

2026 goal is boring on paper and hard in real life: slow gains, clean bloodwork, consistent macros. Turning 39 this year and playing the long game so I still look dangerous in a t-shirt at 50.

Life: Prep myself for a career change.
Body: Bring up my lats. Bring up my left quad to match my right a bit better. Still set back after surgery.

Go for it, brother. You got this.

Remain consistent, stay injury free, and continue enjoying life one day at a time! For lifting goals, I think my biggest goal will be 100lb hammer curls. I peaked at 80lb per arm this past year.

I'm hopeful this year brings more people sharing their meal preps, contributing ideas, and no raw shortages.
