Hello brothers. I am going to do my first pin in about 2 hours. I was planning on pinning my delt for my first pin. What do you guys recommend? Glute, quad? Or should i stick with delts? Thanks

stick to what you feel comfortable .i personally like the glute, less nerves and you can pin more gear.
If you're doing it in 2 hours, you must have some pins, so, what size pins do you have?
Personally, if it's your first pin, I would do it in your glutes, that's where I did mine.
23g 1 1/2" pins
That size is ideal for glutes.
It is also the same size I use to pin my glutes
I'm not going to go all the way in if i do delts though. Should i just do glutes instead?
With glutes there are less blood vessels and less nerves (although you do have the sciatic nerve), also the area is large, meaning that pinning for your first time will be easier.

TxBigBoyIMO delts are probably the easiest right next to quads. Kinda hard to aspirate with one hand on delts though. I hate glutes because for me they are very hard to get to. Quads are my favorite but you have to be careful and make sure you know where to pin because there are some big nerves and viens in the quads

Yeah i know where to pin, and i have 23g 1 1/2" pins but I'm not going to go all the way in.
TxBigBoyCool, be careful though when you go in with that long of a needle. It tends to move back and forth if your nervous trying to hold it. Thats why a lot of people burry the needle to make sure it doesnt move and go into a vien. If your hands are big enough you can put your pinky on your delt and the needle once you get it in and aply a little pressue to keep it in place while you inject. Wipe your hands with a alcohol wipe before you touch the needle though.

TxBigBoyhaha oh yea! but I was pinning prop and npp so it was expected. If its a virgin muscle your gonna get pip regardless but it shouldnt be to bad if your just using test E or C.
Haha yeah I'm pinning 250mg of test e. On a scale of 1-10 what do you think the pip will be? lol
TxBigBoyLol umm maybe a 6. Just take some ibuprofen and get yourself a heating pad and you'll be fine
Should i take the ibuprofen right after i pin?
TxBigBoyI'd wait till the PIP sets in, you probably won't feel anything till tonight or tomorrow. It kinda feels like you got hit by a baseball but comes on slowly

TxBigBoyJust make sure you on the outer upper quad and your g2g. Best way to judge it is put your palm flat on your hip bone and pin where the tip of your middle finger is. I actually just got done pinning my quad, I think I'm going to make a compilation video of myself pinning various muscles and post it up here
