I had been reading up here for a few years now, blindly just trying to understand things, finally joined about 4 months ago but only recently had a chance to put some posts up. The Post were short, just an intro post, one post on a cycle I am considering, the other more so was how the "thumbs up and down work" because i had been giving thumbs up to responses but they weren't showing in threads, even back before i started posting. The one post was more so in an area that made sense to ask basically on a specific type of cycle what did everything think would be a good building routine while on cycle as i noticed in my last cycle you really need and can training more intensely and the different training styles really optimizes your goals depending on what your using. So yea, with alot of work, kids, and other lifes great challenges I tried to get the posts in where i can.
