Hello. I was just wondering if it's okay if you post progress pictures of yourself on the forums? Or is that considered "self-promotion"? I'm not really too clear on this. Any help would be appreciated. Because I'd like to post before/after pics in the future, but I don't know if this is acceptable or not.

so if i'm covered in tattoos i shouldnt post progress pics, since they could technically identify me?
