is it against the rules to post a chapter from an e-book?
rule: No copy and pasting articles you can find online.
ebooks must be bought. they cannot be found online for free. Can I share a chapter If I give credit to the source?

I don't think so, it's from the Anabolics e-book. I googled it and it cost 9.99 on kindle. I can't find each chapter individually.
Then the answer is no.
