Been on here for awhile, but for security measures I have created a second user name. On my first name, i am able to submit a source where as I am unable on this.

Mods, feel free to delete my first account. i would just like to be able to submit my source on my other account, but I probably don't have enough karma/my account hasnt been active long enough.
