Posting pics of anything=404 Error Cat

Hey guys. I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues attempting to post any pics up at all. Yesterday afternoon I posted up some gear pics and it went smooth. After that I can't upload anything at all. I go to>Submit a Pic>click on any of the options(self shots, gear,whatever) and I get the old 404 "Error Cat"

You're allowed to add one submission to pics per 24hours.
Sweet I was like wtf is going on ! Now I'm in the know guess my selfie will have to wait
