I've changed the source rating from a 5 star to a 10 star widget.
Each star now represents 10% or 10pts of the total 100, as opposed to 25pts per star we had before. I'm hoping this will help you vote more precisely and create more evenly distributed results.

When you successfully place a vote, the star icon representing your vote is painted red to show your vote. On the right side you'll see a light red box displaying current average for the tag, and the number of votes for that tag. Both of these numbers play a big role in source's total score.

The importance and relationship between number of votes and quality of votes, along with complete voting algorithm will be made public as soon as I manage to translate it to plain English.
