I am new to this forum and was hoping to receive some help. I have been reading the reviews on some of the sites and am curious to know if the rating on some of the sites are legit or are they ratings by the website owner. How can i protect myself from being scammed

BFG(site administrator) would take care of sources who do such thing. Most of reviews are legit good & bad. If i was you i would stick with the top 10 sources and do the research and then decide which one fits ur needs

AnonLook at the top end members. Not sources. Trend their sources. Choose a few and check the pic section for lab results. Look for lab results that trusted members have posted. Heres a member who i know is as unbiased as there is:

Put it altogether and start sending them friend requests and pms to them. Pick their brains and listen to them. One thing I know is they all love this site and are always there for its members. Obviously there are others here who are genuine but these three are the first who came to mind
When someone reviews the product they rate accordingly, to their own criteria and experience. The ratings are not comprised by the sources themselves.
if i am not folloowing protocol i apologize. are the sites that are rated on the forum gemerally safe to order from. i am looking to order some gear and want to make sure I order from a legit site, any feed back. thanks for your comments
Read what mexy said above. Additionally, you can research the sources by viewing their introduction page and see how they interact with their customers.
