I have been trying to add a source for days now (www.sataniclabs.com). I meet all of the criteria and added the link to my site. I have contacted the site and messaged the right people but no response.

If I try and submit I get the following:

403 DENIED
For some reason, I can not let you do that!

Maybe you've been a bad boy: Didn't play by the rules? Come back in a few days.
“Booo, none one of the above works.”
Maybe they're updating something: Get something else done, and come back later.
