Body fat / muscle
ad
I’m currently 5’10 230. In obviously on the heavier side but I am looking to lose weight while gaining muscle. I’m currently on a calorie deficit and I am seeing results as it comes to losing fat . On the other hand not to much muscle. I had some bloodwork done and my test came out to a 320. I ideally I would like to start with only test and see how my body takes from just that. And see where I can go from there. Any recommendations don’t hesitate to send my way!

You’re only 5-7 months away from being at 200lbs and much leaner than you are now. Averaging a pound a week. Which could be 2lbs a week in the beginning and 1/2lb a week towards the end. Keep on losing weight naturally and reassess at that time. Your test levels will increase at lower Bf. It’s all but impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time naturally. All you can do is maintain the muscle you do have while burning fat. So just keep lifting heavy and staying on your diet. Fasted cardio daily is great for burning fat. If you’re at or under 15%bf at 200lbs that’s when you run a bulk cycle and blow up. Although there are some easy natural rebound gains to be made after coming off a long cut so I’d first take advantage of that. Then cycle.
anvilHeavier side, just be honest with yourself if you are above 15% percent you will increase unwanted side effects of steroids. High blood pressure, lipids are prolly not good now and gear will definitely make them worse. You will see the greatest benefits of steroids when you have the diet and training locked in. Otherwise you are just doing harm, all steroids cause unwanted side effects even at low doses, if you are not currently in good health why do it at all? Set a good goal for yourself get, there then add the gear.
Good advice as always.
You can try enclomiphene but i wouldn’t recommend it long term, after losing weight your test might go up. I wouldn’t recommend TRT at such an age. Have you tested your LH, FSH , e2 , prolactin?
Muscle building isn’t an easy thing even if you run gear, if you have a poor diet you wouldn’t see the results you’d expect. I’d suggest you eat around 1.6g of protein per kg and supplement with creatine. You have a pretty high BF i suggest you lower it before considering PEDs.
