43 been taking roughly 250>300 T Cypionate for 16 weeks

I never got my testosterone tested. I would love to cycle of of what I've been taking of Test Cyp which was usually about 250-300 wk ( some weeks I took less 150-200) for past 16 weeks or so. I worry about my T levels not returning. What's a safe dose to shoot for to be considered TRT and also should I take HCG WHILE I'm taking test or when I stop (I haven't been taking any thing BUT test lately)

So here is the issue, You did not do blood work so you have no clue what your baseline Test level was. If you are wanting TRT, do 150mg a week of Test C or Test E then after a few weeks get your Test level checked and adjust accordingly.
As far as HCG, that is up to you. If you do not want your balls to shrink then I would take it while doing Testosterone. So is your plan to stop Test? So in other words you are cycling? If that is the case I hope you have PCT gear like clomid and nolvadex.
