Past I have taken 250 Test E, & Winny 50mg
What would you recommend on staking these two?
My winny is 10mg each in the past I would take 5 total and Test E every 5 days.

My food intake is average. Meaning not super shitty but not super clean.
I drink maybe once a week if that.
My workouts I usually change every week, from 5x5 to 4x10-12. I haven’t done HIT or cardio in roughly 5 months. When I was running gear before I was doing more cardio, saw my weight change in the gym (strength) however I would begin to eat everything. I started to eat bad and was always hungry. Aka I didn’t meal prep as much as I thought I needed.
Overall I gained some muscle got strong but shot myself in the foot in the long run. What’s making me want to run gear again is merely because I want to lean out and get stronger.
Diet diet diet I understand now.
I don’t mind waiting until my BF is lower, I would just like some advice.

If your stats are on point, I’d dial your diet in and train hard for quiet a while.
You’re only 25 brotha- you have A LOT of natural potential left. And at 18+% bf, you set yourself up for potentianting unwanted side effects of AAS and will
not get anywhere near the results you want.
What’s your diet and training look like? That we can definitely help you with. One must perfect these two things for quite some time before even venturing into AAS use, even if they are of “optimal age” (aka a little older than 25)
