training with empty stomach

Hello everyone ! I recently read an article on the fact that training on an empty stomach allows a much better anabolism in post workout.

For my part I train every day in the morning 30 min after my first day, I feel that disgestion tired me after 20-30 min of training!

According to you, would it be wiser to take BCAA before training with my intra and my whey post and take my pti dej 30-40 min after my post workout or vice versa?

So, let me get this right, you are saying it is calories in and calories out per day to lose weight and making sure you eat enough to fuel your body during workouts for growth while you are in the gym.

Thats not good mate your body have almost no fuel when you get up why do people even do that if you wanne get huge and ripped buy yourself a hometrainer bike or cardio machine and eat alot of cals do morning cardio for minimum 30 mins get the amount of calories in through your day build it up step by step 3000 3500 4000 ..en go train like a savage do 20 min post cardio then go home and eat 2 big meals before you go to sleep (no cassein plz...) «««thats no dinner get back up and. Folow the same routine i do this already for 7 years my weight whas like 71 kg when i started im @ 87 kg( think like 190 lbs ???) The bigger the better grtz brother!!

And this right here is why you cant gain no weight... let me put this into perspective for you Arnold stayed in compition condition all year round he never "bulked" or "cut" he was just a badass.
If your gaining fat your not working or working out hard enough the biggest players in the game consume 10k calories a day now you tell me why are these guys not fat ? This whole concern ectomorphs have with getting fat just blows my mind

These guys also have dramatically elevated metabolisms through more mechanisms than just their training intensity...

Wholeheartedly agree though. Eat a damn steak and potato. Bulk. Cut. Get fucking huge.

And it shows you are massive i dunno what these guys are training for swimsuit model or skinny jeans or what.
Im always hungry to unfortunately even with my pockets stuffed full of food i am so covered in oil, grease , and pipe dope that i cant eat then when i do get a chance (very rare) i have to shovel down what i can i try and put stuff in bags so i dont touch it and can just dump it in my mouth lol and binge eat on my time off and down time at work etc its hard ... i went to school for wrenching like yourself i did it for a little bit but itd take me 10 years to get to what i make now but some times i think i shoulda stuck with it haha nah i like what i do ill get it dialed in at some point.

But yes eat eat eat speaking from one ecto to another you aint going to never be fat OP

If I train on empty stomach my pre workout includes 10g bcaas 10g glutamine and 400mg caffeine.
Intra workout 10g unflavoured liquid bcaas mixed with gatorade.

Intra workout may be the entirely most over rated non-needed supplement category of all time.

Goals? Are you intending to bulk or cut? Because a cut means you are trying to utilize stored body fat for fuel as opposed to these pre & intra supplements you are taking

Why not look at the problem logically?

If food prior to training is making you lethargic, then change it up.

Why not just shake it for breakfast if you train early, followed by training, followed by an immediate shake right after, followed by a whole food meal not more than an 1 hour later?

I work out straight out of bed. The only protein drink I consume is after workout. I then shower and shave and eat my usual breakfast. I keep all of my protein at 30 grams every two hours. I used to do 60 with each but my kidneys didn’t like it. I’ve found no difference between the two.
