+ 4 Carb Cycling explained. Try this b4 DNP, Clen or T3!!!
I seen a rather large explosion in the use of DNP recently and I know ppl are doing there research on the chemical (or at least I damn hope so) but in the end no matter how many chemicals you take the DIET is always going to be the key factor in both weight gain and weight loss.
I have tried a few diets now in my short lifting life and have found these 2 videos the explain Carb Cycling and how effective it is.

I just run Vikings low carb, no carb after 5pm and it worked great. Carb cycling is too much math and calculating IMO, I'm a full time student and i work as well, I dont have time to plan carb cycling meals I just cut carbs after 4pm. Keep it simple!
How would this stack with Viking's no carbs after noon approach? 57 grams of carbs wouldn't be hard to get in before noon but I'm curious about how bad everyone thinks energy levels might suffer.
I recently started carb cycling and was blown away by the results. Very close to what I found on keto but without the week long migraine.
I run two days 100 grams carbs, 2 days 50 grams. Protein as required and low fat.
I have a question for who ever could answer it for me. When we are talking about low carb days, exactly how many carbs are we talking and also the high carb day, how many carbs should go up to. I'm still at very high body-fat at 26% so i will be doing 13 days low carbs and 1 day carb spike to change up my diet but still wondering how low my low carb days should be.
Thanks
well it does vairy depending on your LBM (Lean Body Mass) but I can give you my example and you can work out yoru own from there.
So I roughly Weigh 180 lbs and currently have 12% bf now, abs starting to show threw.
LOW CARB DAYS: So for low carb days I did 6 meals a day and did around 1.4g-1.6g of protein per pound of body weight per meal which is 250g-290g per day, I took some Fat supplements such as Fish Oil and CLA as my healthy fats and ate only green vegetables. Fiber is ok to have as much as you want really just no high carb foods like rice, breads, etc.
HIG CARB DAYS: So on High days I dropped the Protein just a lil down to 1.1g-1.3g per pound of body weight making it for me 200g - 230g dropped the oil supps I was taking and replaced the vegies with High carb foods like Basmati rice, baked sweet potato and even Whole meal Tortillas (just made it easy for work) Carbs I aimed for 2g per pound of body weight 360g+. These are reefed days so I just tried to smash as much carbs as I could in a 36 hour period.
So here is how my week looked
Monday - High Pro/Low carb
Tuesday - High Pro/Low carb
Wednesday - High Pro/Low carb
Thursday - High Pro/Low carb
Friday - High Pro/Low carb
Saturday - Med Pro/High Carb
Sunday - Med Pro/High Carb
This has worked for me very well thus far but as my body fat is going down I can now feel towards Thursday and especially Friday energy lvls are every low and motivation to train dose get hard. so soon I might move my Sunday high carb day to Wednesdays and see how that works. But for high fat lvls I found this method to work pretty well.
I am by far no expert on carb cycling I am still learning myself but I have had ago at it with all the research I could find and so far with some good results. Hope this helps anyone who reads this lol
I been carb cycling for just over 6 weeks now and waist has gone from 91cm down to 84 cm, and BF is down from 16% down to about 12.5%. only gear I been using is Test and EQ. There is several different methods u can use but the one I chose to try first was High carbs on Wednesdays and Saturdays and low/zero carb rest of the week.
Im having a much easier time keeping on this diet apposed to the Keto diet I did about 8 months ago. ill be posting picks once I finish my entire cycle. cheers guys
thanks for this post I was gonna start a post asking about carb cycling but the video answered most my questions. Thanks
Wow definately going to try this out. This machine needs some fine tunning. Thanks for sharing
aylmejorCarb cycling is incredibly effective. No reason one should not be able to lose weight like this. Dnp is ridiculous. Poison, why is it we don't talk insulin here bout allow dnp talk??
