Hello there I am new to the community but have been scouring the site for information for a few years, best forum I have seen for a few reasons.
Anyway I have been going to gym for on and off 4 years, the past 2 years I have been consistent with training and diet, I am also on my 3rd cycle just now. Here are my stats
Height - 6ft 1
Weight - 200/205lbs
Bf - I don’t know but can barely see my abs anymore and overall quite soft .
Here is my question, I am eating 6 meals a day comes to about 4000 calories I train 4 days a week intense and shorter style training, I cannot get past 205lbs it seems without getting fatter, is this my genetic limit or do I need to take more AAS to see gains? I am constantly getting. Stronger in gym maybe stick with that before adding more calories?
If you read all that thank you for your time and please give me any advice you can, I don’t know any bodybuilders!
